Built in the year 1902 by one of the most outstanding personalities of princely India, maharaja Ganga Singh, the Lallgarh Palace is sheer poetry in sandstone. Lallgarh Palace is the most completely integrated example of indo-saracenic architecture, and as some hold, the most perfectly realised of sir Swinton Jacob's creations. The palace has played host to a number of dignitaries from all over the world.
